is a verse set in a fictionalized version of the music industry. central to the story are two girl groups — in stereo and lucky dynamite — formed from popular singing competition reality shows, that are pitted against one another by the media, but looks can certainly be deceiving.
of course, there are other characters at play, too: other artists, bands, managers, choreographers, friends from back home, and even the fans.

Texty 1) This makes me concerned. Not enough to do anything about it, but yeah. 2) Is there evidence of another human being getting away with this/not dying? 3) We're going to ride the bus of mixed signals all the way to unrequited love town and that's where I'm going to live my life and then die.

Texty 1) anyways, do you want to make more embarrassing memories that im bound to remind you about later and laugh about? 2) I'm sorry I told you to go fuck yourself after you said good morning to me when I was hungover. 3) Small children cheering my name. I am not a decent enough human being to feel comfortable with this.
